We are very sad to report the sudden death of Yazzy at her home in Faraday Road.
She was much loved, and known locally in London for her musical talents and amazing jazz singing as well as her vibrant and kind personality. She was often seen around Portobello and at City Lit in her wheelchair and was a beloved part of the community. She will be sorely missed.
Funeral (if possible during current virus crisis) will be 2pm 16th April. She had asked a number of friends to arrange for her to be buried next to her aunt Suzanne Manzi and near her father in Gunnersbury Cemetery.Gunnersbury Cemetery 143 Gunnersbury Ave London W3 8LE
May we keep a part of her alive in our words and actions and remember her kind soul that brought a ray of sunshine wherever she went.
